Fox Block · Insulated Concrete Forms

ICF construction, made for mountain winters.

Fox Blocks are hollow foam forms that stack like blocks, get reinforced with rebar, and fill with concrete — leaving you a wall that is structure, insulation, and sound barrier in a single pour.

Why ICF at 6,500+ feet

  • Warm in January, cool in June. Continuous foam on both faces of a concrete core delivers roughly R-23+ walls with no thermal bridging — heating bills drop noticeably at elevation.
  • Strength you can feel. A steel-reinforced concrete wall shrugs off wind, hail, and the freeze-thaw cycles that crack framed construction.
  • Quiet. ICF walls cut outside noise dramatically — highway, wind, and neighbors fade out.
  • Fire resistance. Concrete walls carry fire ratings framed walls cannot match — worth real money in forest country.
  • Fewer trades, faster dry-in. Form, pour, and insulate in one step.
