Storm shelters & safe rooms

Protection engineered into the ground.

Reinforced concrete shelters — poured with your new foundation or added to an existing home or business anywhere in the White Mountains.

What we build

  • Below-grade shelters — poured concrete rooms under a garage slab or beside the foundation, with steel doors and ventilation.
  • Above-ground safe rooms — reinforced concrete or Fox Block ICF rooms inside a new build or addition that double as a closet, pantry, or gun room.
  • Retrofit installs — added to existing homes and shops with careful excavation and tie-in.

Why locals add one

  • Monsoon microbursts and straight-line winds take roofs off in the White Mountains most summers.
  • A concrete room is also fire refuge, secure storage, and a selling point.
  • As a licensed general contractor we handle excavation, concrete, doors, and permits as one job.
